Yesterday was a really stressful day for me. I believe I’ve mentioned before on here how much I enjoy the website TinyBuddha. It’s chock full of articles that remind you to really live life and to stop focusing so much on the negative. I use it a lot when I am feeling overwhelmed, stressed, upset, frustrated, angry, or sad. Yesterday, I was in desperate need of a TinyBuddha article. Here’s the link to yesterday’s choice. It helped so much. Today, I felt like I needed one as well.
