Greetings, Guys & Gals! I have NOT fallen off the face of the earth…I haven’t blogged here in quite a bit (or at least, not really written much lately) due to a number of reasons…but mostly due to being busy & my health. So, just wanted to remind you all that I’m still here & will return very soon & update you on my adventures (including Halloween, what!)
In the meantime…those pumpkins in the pic are what I’ve had on my front stoop for a few weeks. Isn’t that just so cute? It looks like the baby pumpkin just popped right outta the big one! :D

*Blast in the Past Moment/GPOYW: Tumblr Portraits & Snowmen Edition*
A year ago, I took this picture of myself and decided to use it as my Tumblr “Portrait” photo. I used it for quite a long time, and then decided to change it. I am thinking about changing mine soon, just to keep things fresh. :)
What do you all think? Time for a change?
Note: The snowman that is hanging on the bedroom door IS indeed one of those foam kits you buy at craft stores for kids. (Pssst!! Notice the pink scarf & purple hat! Coincidence? I think not!) Well, and it sorta kinda may, just may…go along with my ever so slight snowman

Haha…yep, you heard it here first! Today is October 27th and that officially means that it is my HALF BIRTHDAY! :D
FYI: If you are sitting there staring at the picture of the cake and wondering why only a “2” is placed on the cake…then please note the other 5 candles placed around the cake. 2 and 5 = 25!!! ;)
My parents, who ordered this “After Dinner Mint” cake, were unable to find the number “5” in our drawer (at the last minute), and only had the number “2.” So, I really appreciated their creative efforts in making the cake special!
I’ve tried several eyebrow products in my life…and none of them have really stuck out to me for their fabulousness…until NOW. Ladies, I introduce to you, Benefit’s Brow Zings. If you want your brow hairs to not only stay in place (and without constant re-fixing it throughout the day), or if you want some “definition” to your brows due to some sparse hairs, then this is the product for you. I kid you not…it’s $30, and when I bought it at Ulta, the sales persons told me it was the best brow product on the market. And I thought, “I’m sure since Ulta just added Benefit cosmetics, the managers TELL them to say that mess…” Haha. But no…now me, a consumer, am telling you all how wonderful is it!

I’m a girlie girl-woman. I’m love flowers, like most other girlie girls, but most of all, I love SURPRISE flowers! Since returning to work this week, I have been so appreciative of all the kind, “welcome back” sentiments that people have either said or sent to me. I am SO glad to know that I am loved and I only want others to feel the way I do. I always try to show others my appreciation for them…the other day, someone I know, er…a gentleman in particular, sent flowers to me to as a way of saying, “welcome back!”
Now, the pictures were taken on my cell phone, so they are not the best, but you get the idea ;)
This will be my next pet :)
So cute!!! I have a thing for turtles…not sure what it is about them. They just have such cute little faces…and I love how this turtle in the picture is smiling!
